We ship within 7 business days using FedEx express 2 days.

Return policy

Important: You must provide a return tracking number using USPS service in order for us to better assist you.
All returns will be charged a 15% Restocking Fee with the exception of items that were damaged when you received them.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping your order back. Please do not return items that have been opened, washed, or that are otherwise unable to be resold.
Once you have shipped your items back, e-mail the tracking number to “info@chicnubian.com”. This is required to get your refund.
